1. Order Authority & Fulfillment Jovplus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any acquisition for reasons including but not limited to: inventory limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or flags raised by our security and fraud prevention department. We may require additional verification before accepting your order.

2. Transfer of Ownership & Risk Upon dispatch from our facility, the full ownership, liability, and risk associated with the products are transferred to the buyer. Transportation is managed by third-party logistics; Jovplus is not liable for delays, non-delivery of items marked as "delivered," or external events.

3. Global Logistics & Customs

  • Processing: All rituals are processed within 24 hours of acquisition.

  • Rates: UAE (40 AED), GCC (80 AED), Worldwide (120 AED).

  • Duties: The shipping fee covers delivery only. All local taxes, VAT, or customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Refusal: If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the destination, the client will be responsible for all two-way shipping fees and associated customs charges.

4. Financial Protocols

  • Currency: We accept Visa and Mastercard in SAR, AED, BHD, KWD, OMR, QAR, and USD.

  • Compliance: We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

  • Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older to transact.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within a 6-hour window post-confirmation. Refunds are processed within 10–45 days depending on banking protocols.

5. Accuracy of Information While we strive for excellence, typographical or pricing errors may occur. Jovplus reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed with incorrect information, even if the transaction has been confirmed.

6. Jurisdiction The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. All terms are governed by the local laws of the UAE.
