Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

We are not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their item(s).

During the peaking Christmas season, we will inform our customers in advance via banners and newsletters, of the offered suggestions for the final order date and shipping methods. We are then not to be held responsible if an item does not arrive in time for Christmas.

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered, we cannot be made liable of a non-delivery in this case.
Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their order at any time before shipping it; please contact us by email which can be found in the “Contact us” page in this site.
Typographical Errors:

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. we cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order has been placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Remedies:

No right or remedy of us shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including, without limitation, damages injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses.
No instance of waiver by us of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

General Terms and Conditions:

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification’s or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
Visa and Master Card will be accepted for payment in currencies – SAR, AED, BHD, KWD, OMR, QAR, USD
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Order Cancellation:

After confirming any order in our website, customers can cancel it within 6 hours only, refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping:

Order Processing: 24 Hours from the date of purchase.

Shipping within the UAE: 40 AED (2-3 business days)
Shipping within the GCC: 80 AED (3-5 business days)
Worldwide: 120 AED ( 5-7 business days ).

Delays may accrue depends on the destination rules and customs process, please contact us if your shipment have been delayed from ( contact us ) section in the website.

Customs Charges:

By ordering from our website, you agree that shipping price mentioned in ( Check Out section ) is only for delivering the product to your selected country, any custom/country TAX, VAT or additional clearance ( If accrue ) should be paid/done by the receiver.

Cancelling order after dispatch or arriving to destination:  

If the client wanted to cancel the order after it was dispatch to our shipping courier or arrived to client destination, they’ll be charged shipping fees ( for sending the shipment ) and ( for returning it back it us ), that’ll include any Fees ( Custom charges, Handling charges, TAX/VAT, additional clearance If accrue etc.. ) applied/charged by the depart destination and the arrival.

After deducting the above charges, we’ll be refunding the remaining about to the client.

Inventory: In case of purchasing a product that is out of the stock in our inventory, we would be very happy to give you one of the two choices, either replace it with a similar product or refund the amount.
