RETURNS AND RECONCILIATION

RETURNS & RECONCILIATION PROTOCOL

Every acquisition from Jovplus is eligible for return, provided the client documents their intention within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a seamless reconciliation, the following standards must be met:

  • Product Integrity: All items must be returned in their original condition, retaining all labels, seals, and packaging.

  • Secure Transit: The shipment should be returned in the original delivery box. If unavailable, a protective case must be used to guarantee the product reaches the Jovplus archive without damage.

  • Documentation: A copy of the delivery note must be included within the package, with the returned items clearly identified.

PROCEDURE & LOGISTICS

  1. Notification: Report your return within 48 hours via support@jovplus.com or our formal contact portal.

  2. Dispatch: Once the return address is provided, please send the package via your chosen courier.

  3. Responsibility: If the return is due to a Jovplus error (defective or incorrect item), the investment will be fully restored. For all other reasons, shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

  4. Confirmation: Please inform Jovplus of the courier details and dispatch time.

RECONCILIATION OF FUNDS Refunds are processed exclusively through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow a window of 10 to 45 days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on the protocols of your issuing bank.
